With an average of 17 years of experience, our team of dedicated, hands-on, compassionate professionals is committed to improving the health and well-being of those we serve. Our knowledgeable staff is driven by a deep desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients, and it’s this passion that sets us apart.

Our Therapy Department has been a cornerstone of care for over 20 years, offering Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services to a wide range of patients, including those in outpatient care, acute observation, swing bed care, and home health. We also proudly serve our communities through satellite clinics in Flagler (since 2005), Limon (since 20120 and now Byers (2024).

We specialize in treating a variety of conditions, from muscular and skeletal to neurological and developmental. Our expertise includes, but is not limited to, joint replacements, tendon and ligament reconstruction, balance and gait disturbances, paraplegia, vertigo, and sprains and strains.
